Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Syntra website and the web design and integration services offered by Syntra.
1. Website publisher
The website https://syntra.company is published by Syntra. Contact: contact@syntra.company.
- Publisher: Naël Bendris, sole proprietorship.
- SIRET: 10169943700014.
- Address: 2 Chemin Vulcain, 38000 Grenoble.
- EU VAT number: FR52101699437.
2. Purpose
Syntra provides website design and development services (landing pages, showcase websites, integrations such as Stripe or Shopify), as well as related consulting. Packages shown on the website are indicative; the details of each assignment are set out in a quote or written exchange accepted by both parties.
3. Acceptance
By browsing this website, you accept these terms. Any order for services implies acceptance of the quote and the specific conditions communicated for the project.
4. Quotes, pricing, and payment
Prices displayed on the website are in euros, excluding tax where applicable, and may change. A written quote specifies the scope, estimated timeline, and price.
Unless otherwise agreed in the quote: a 30% deposit is due upon acceptance to reserve the slot and start the services; the remaining 70% is due after approval of the deliverable (preview on a private link). The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels after work has begun; the balance is then not due. Cancellation before any work starts may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
Any late payment may result in suspension of deliverables until payment is settled.
5. Service delivery
The client agrees to provide necessary materials (text, images, access, approvals) within reasonable timeframes. Stated timelines are indicative and depend on the client's responsiveness and project complexity.
The number of revision rounds is defined in the package or quote. Requests outside the agreed scope are subject to an amendment or supplementary quote.
6. Delivery and acceptance
Delivery means making the website available (preview and/or go-live) in accordance with the agreed scope. If the client does not respond in writing within 7 days of delivery notification, the service is deemed accepted.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, deliverables specifically created for the client are assigned to them after full payment, for use in the context of their business. Syntra retains the right to use the project as a reference (portfolio), unless the client objects in writing.
Materials provided by the client (logo, text, photos) remain their property; the client warrants that they hold the necessary rights.
Third-party tools, libraries, themes, or services (hosting providers, Stripe, Shopify, Cal.com, Tally, etc.) remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
8. Liability
Syntra undertakes to use reasonable efforts in performing the services. Syntra cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of data with a third party, interruption of an external service).
The client remains responsible for published content, compliance with regulations applicable to their activity, and configuration of their third-party accounts (Shopify, Stripe, etc.).
The website is provided "as is"; temporary unavailability due to maintenance or the hosting provider cannot give rise to liability on the part of Syntra beyond what is reasonable.
9. Hosting, domains, and third-party services
Unless explicitly included in the quote, domain name purchase, hosting, Shopify/Stripe subscriptions, and recurring fees remain the client's responsibility. Syntra may advise on or assist with setup without replacing these providers' terms.
10. Withdrawal and cancellation
For business clients, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers generally does not apply. In the event of cancellation after work has started, work already performed remains payable, in proportion to time spent and commitments made.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on this website.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
13. Contact
